New Year’s Eve: 3 Course Prix Fixe Menu

Join Team Granary in Ringing in 2017!

In the spirit of the New Year, the champagne will be flowing and we will be celebrating with a special 3 Course Prix Fixe New Years Eve Menu!  This special 3 course menus will offer guests multiple options for their Welcome, Savor, and Stay courses for the evening and include some Granary classic dishes, as well as a few new plates dreamed up just for New Year’s Eve!

WELCOME

Crispy Smoked Riblettes, Thai Sauce, tatsoi, toasted rice

Smoked Chicken, Carolina Gold rice grits, braised greens, gravy

Poached Ora Kind Salmon, melted leeks, mushrooms, glazed turnip

Smoke-Braised Pork Shank, sea island red peas, beer mustard, apple

Grilled Beef Steak, barbecue bernaise, potato soufflé

STAY

Buttermilk Chess Pie, cane syrup, chantilly
