Valentine’s 3 Course Prix Fixe Dinner

Woo your Sweetheart this Valentine’s Day!

In the name of romance, we’ll be offering some of our favorite dishes for you and that special someone as a 3 Course Prix Fixe Menu available Wednesday, Feb 14th for $55 per person (+tax/tip).

Each guest will choose their favorite Welcome, Savor, and Stay courses for the evening from a specially selected menu.**

WELCOME

Grilled Butternut Squash  brown butter, squash veloute, sage

Smoked Pork Belly  Carolina Gold rice grits, watermelon kimchi stew, herbs

Grilled Beef Tongue  pumpkin mole, pumpkin seed brittle, cilantro

Charcuterie & Texas Cheese Board

SAVOR

44 Farms Beef Clod  tomato caramel, coffee quinoa crunch & “cornbread”

Roasted Quail  Johnny Cake stuffing, duck sausage, pickled watermelon rind, fermented corn, watermelon molasses

Ora King Salmon  grilled leek, sorrel

Barbecued Duck Breast  pecan, oat porridge, persimmon, chanterelle relish

STAY

Buttermilk Chess Pie  cane syrup chantilly

Decadent Chocolate

Caramelized White Chocolate Bread Pudding  bourbon chantilly, pickled cranberry sorbet

A credit card is required at the time of reservation (information is securely stored, and only to be charged if cancellation is not made within 24 hrs of the event).
